Responsibilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Montessori, ECCE, or Early Years teaching certification will be an advantage. Minimum 3 years of Preschool or Early Years teaching experience at a physical school. Strong knowledge of the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Experience teaching Nursery, Kindergarten, or Grade 1. Excellent spoken and written English; English must be used for communication with students. Strong understanding of phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and child development. Ability to deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate online lessons. Experience using storytelling, rhymes, songs, games, and interactive learning activities. Excellent classroom management skills, patience, and a child-friendly teaching approach. Ability to prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and progress assessments. Proficient in Zoom, screen sharing, digital whiteboard, and interactive teaching tools. Personal laptop with a working webcam and microphone. Fast, stable internet connection and reliable electricity backup. Quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free teaching environment at home.
