Cookies and Browser Storage

Essential storage

These items are used for the page to work. They do not load Google or Meta advertising tags.

• ivp.timezone (local storage): remembers the time zone used to show school hours.
• ivp.currency (local storage): remembers a display currency on the fees page. Billing remains in Saudi riyals.
• ivp.announcement.dismissed (session storage): hides a dismissed announcement for that visit.
• ivp-document-reload (session storage): prevents a reload loop when moving between the public site and the staff dashboard.
• ivp.marketing-consent (local storage): stores whether optional tags are allowed.
• ivp_family_management (httpOnly cookie, 30 minutes): set only after a parent confirms an application, so they can add another child on that visit.
• ivp_admin (httpOnly cookie, 8 hours): staff dashboard session only. It is not set for ordinary visitors.

Optional analytics and advertising

If you accept optional cookies, the website may load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel — and only the tags an administrator has enabled for this environment. Those tags can record page views and three website events: admission page view, application started and application submitted. They are not given children's names, dates of birth or parent contact details.

How to change your choice

A banner asks first-time visitors to accept or reject optional cookies. You can change that choice here at any time. Essential storage stays on either way. See the privacy notice for how enquiry and application records are handled on the server.

Embedded video

A published video stays as a still image until you choose to play it. Playback can load YouTube, which may set its own cookies.

Email is not a cookie

Application and enquiry emails are sent on the server. That delivery does not place a marketing cookie in your browser.
