Who this notice covers

The operator of this website is OPVG International School Private Limited, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The public brand is IV Preschool (International Virtual Preschool). This notice covers ivpreschool.com only. It does not replace Parent Portal terms or a later enrolment contract. Correspondence on school emails refers to Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. That is not a claim of a physical campus.

Who can submit information

A parent, legal guardian or authorised caregiver may send an enquiry or apply for one or more children. A second adult contact is optional. Job applicants may apply for a published vacancy. Staff use a separate, allowlisted dashboard.

Information the website collects

Admission applications may include:

• the primary applicant's name, relationship to the child, email, phone, nationality, country and city;
• optional second-adult name, relationship, email and phone;
• each child's name, date of birth, requested programme, class-time preference and optional note;
• the time the family accepted the website privacy notice version shown on the form.

Enquiries collect name, email, topic and message. Job applications may collect name, email, phone, city, country, qualification, experience, a short message and a CV when the vacancy asks for one. The website does not collect identity-document uploads or take fee payments.

Children's information

Children's names, dates of birth and programme choices are collected only as part of a family admission application so the school can review age-appropriate placement. Optional analytics or advertising tags never receive children's names, dates of birth or parent contact details.

How the information is used

We use it to respond to enquiries, send application-confirmation and recovery emails, notify admissions or HR staff, review applications, send a welcome message with Parent Portal registration instructions after approval, and send interview details for recruitment when a candidate is invited. Confirmation links expire after 72 hours and are single-use. Opening a confirmation link does not confirm anything until the parent chooses Confirm on that page.

Email processing

Website mail is sent through Resend from IV Preschool <noreply@ivpreschool.com>, with replies directed to info@ivpreschool.com. Templates are edited in the website dashboard. The website does not send one-time passwords for parent admissions.

The Parent Portal

A website application does not create a Parent Portal account. After an application is approved, the family registers separately at the Portal. Academic, attendance and fee records that later exist in the Portal are outside this website.

Where website records are stored

Website records are stored in the website Firestore database on the production website project. The website cannot read or write the Flutter Parent Portal database. Browser visitors have no direct Firestore access; only the website server writes these records.

Service providers

The live website uses Google Firebase App Hosting and Firestore, Resend for email, and, only after optional cookie consent and only when an administrator has enabled them, Google or Meta measurement tags. Hosting regions and a final international-transfer statement still need owner approval.

Security safeguards

Client Firestore access is denied. Confirmation and family-management tokens are signed. Public forms are rate-limited. Staff sign-in uses an email code and an allowlisted address. These are operational controls. They are not a certification.

Retention

Records are kept while they are needed for admissions, recruitment, administration or a legal obligation. Published retention periods have not been approved. Staff may archive records and, after checks, delete some website applications. That staff process is not a promise that every request will result in deletion.

To ask for access, correction or deletion of website information, email info@ivpreschool.com. We may need to verify identity and authority. See account and data requests.

Photographs and videos

Public gallery items are published only when the content record includes a licence and recorded consent. We do not publish identifiable children's media without that authorisation.
